Jeff Yabuki is the Chairman and CEO of InvestCloud. With more than three decades of leadership in financial technology, Jeff has a proven track record of scaling global businesses and delivering transformative innovation. Prior to InvestCloud, he was Chairman and CEO of Fiserv, Inc., where he led transformational growth and innovation, including successful mergers and acquisitions. Jeff also serves as Chairman of Sportradar and is a board member at RBC and Nasdaq. He is a CPA and has been recognized for his contributions to the fintech industry, including being named Innovator of the Year.

Leigh Asher is an award-winning marketing leader with more than 30 years of experience in financial services and technology marketing and communications. As Chief Marketing Officer of InvestCloud, she leads global brand, communications, demand generation, and product marketing. She previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Fiserv, where she led major brand-building initiatives, helping the company earn recognition as a Fortune® World’s Most Admired Company more than a dozen times. Her background also includes management roles at CheckFree Corp., Per-Se Technologies (now part of McKesson), and Dun & Bradstreet Software.

Christine Ciriani brings extensive experience in wealth management and fintech transformation to her role at InvestCloud. She has held C-level, executive, and board positions at Capco, Finantix, Barclays Bank (Suisse) SA, and JPMorgan Private Bank. She is also an Industry Partner at Motive Partners. Christine is passionate about helping financial institutions harness technology to deliver more intelligent, personalized investment experiences. As Chief Business Development Officer, she leads InvestCloud’s growth initiatives, focused on expanding strategic relationships, accelerating enterprise opportunities, and strengthening the company’s global ecosystem of partners, integrators, and consultants.

Shawn Donovan is responsible for driving the global sales strategy and growth at InvestCloud. With more than 30 years of experience in financial services and technology, Shawn has led major transformations across organizations, aligning leadership, culture, and execution to drive profitable revenue growth. Prior to InvestCloud, he held executive roles at Neustar and Fiserv, where he successfully scaled global sales operations​.

Lynn McCreary is Chief Legal Officer of InvestCloud, overseeing legal affairs, risk, and human resources. Her leadership experience includes pivotal roles as CAO and CLO at Sportradar and CLO at Fiserv, where she helped steer the global leader in payments and financial services technology through a decade of transformative growth. Lynn was formerly Managing Partner of Bryan Cave’s San Francisco office, and prior to that, held leadership roles in the financial services industry. She serves on the boards of NMI Holdings, Inc. and Thredd, further reflecting her commitment to leadership and excellence.

Cheryl Nash has spent more than three decades in the wealth management industry and leads the APL business at InvestCloud. Known for her advocacy of diversity and inclusion, Cheryl has held several leadership roles, including CEO at Tegra118 and President of Investment Services at Fiserv. She is dedicated to advancing wealth technology and fostering a strong community in the financial services industry​.

Andrew Tarver is a key architect of Altic™, the Private Markets Network from InvestCloud, a connected ecosystem of industry participants making possible the management of public and private market assets from a single platform. Andrew possesses more than 25 years of investment banking, wealth, and management consulting experience. Most recently, he co-founded Motive Partners, and was the Chair of Motive Create, the firm’s technology innovation arm. He is a well-known industry leader, having founded several fintech companies, including Thought Machine. He also was the CEO of Capco UK, a global business and technology management consultancy.

Marc West leads the global technology strategy at InvestCloud, bringing deep expertise in scaling businesses through technology to drive digitization, new product development, and streamlined operations across financial products, AI, data, and automation. Marc joins InvestCloud from Lightyear Capital, where he served as Operating Partner and as Chief Product Officer at portfolio company PracticeTek. He was previously Chief Information Officer at Fiserv, where he led the company’s strategic focus on next-generation technology platforms, and earlier held senior leadership roles at Barclays Global Investors, H&R Block, and Electronic Arts.
